Andrew Levins – Moderator, Spotify Talks
Andrew Levins (known to all as Levins) is a DJ, chef, writer and Dad. He is behind the monthly 90s party The Rhythm of the Night, and is one of the DJs behind Sydney's long running rap party Halfway Crooks. Each week he hosts the podcasts Hey Fam, Serious Issues and The Mitchen.
Niriko McClure – General Manager, Wonder Management / 1825 Records
Niriko is the General Manager of Wonder and 1825 Records. Wonder is the management home to Matt Corby, 5 Seconds of Summer, Lakyn, Taj Ralph, R.W. Grace and Morgan Bain. 1825 Records is a joint venture between UNFD and Wonder representing Fountaineer and Xavier Dunn.
Bill Cullen – Managing Director, One Louder Entertainment
Bill is the co-founder and Managing Director of One Louder Entertainment, the management home to Paul Kelly, Kate Miller-Heidke, Neil Finn, Kim Churchill, Alex The Astronaut and Ball Park Music. He is also the Artist Manager Director of the PPCA, an APRA ambassador and was the founding chairperson of the Association of Artists Managers (AAM).
Greg Carey – Director, Grow Yourself Up
Greg is founder and Director at Grow Yourself Up, a music company based out of Redfern. The company looks after the careers of The Rubens, Urthboy & Saskwatch, a newly launched label and licensing division and a small working studio. Greg is also the AAM co-chairperson.
Tom Mee – Label Relations Manager, Spotify Australia & New Zealand
As Label & Artist Services Manager for Spotify Australia & New Zealand, Tom is responsible for working with record labels, industry bodies, managers and the creator community on marketing music releases to consumers, both on and off Spotify’s platform.
Tom previously worked at Universal Music Australia and Warner Music Australia in digital marketing and label management roles, and has ten years experience across digital marketing, digital account management and label management in recorded music; festival production and marketing, live production and audio engineering.

The AAM looks to work side by side with other organisations throughout Australia in the areas of education and mentoring, lending the experience of its members to State Music Associations, and other industry bodies in the hope that these partnerships will help strengthen the management industry in Australia for the benefit of all Australian artists.
